We have designed a removeable unit for a VW T5 van that will convert your panel van into a camper using our removeable bed unit that incorporates a combined both storage and a hob/sink unit.

Our customer wanted something as bit different....

A lift up roof has been fitted, the van was insulated and lined, a rock and roll bed is fitted,and 

bespoke units in a glossy woodgrain panel are made and fitted

templates are made first to ensure the perfect configuration

unit is fitted in place

Combined diesel fueled cooker/heater  and sink fitted, electrical control panel to right

there is even a projector and pull down screen to watch tv

Camper Vans in build

this project is for a lady in a wheelchair, there has been a lift fitted to the side door and the interior has been adapted around her needs

Work has started on the Mercedes Sprinter Camper Van for Mr & Mrs Hill.....

First job is to insulate the body

The floor is ply lined

& the inner framework is now being fixed in place

We have just delivered our second Emergency Ambulance to E.M.M.U.

Completed spec on VW T5

Last year we put a lift up SCA roof on a VW Transporter, we ply lined it, carpeted it, fitted windows and a rock and roll bed...

....this spring we have had the vehicle back and completed the conversion.  We fitted storage cupboards, a fridge, cooker and table all in trim to match the upholstery.

A storage cupboard was built under the rear seat, accessed from the living area.

Power outlets are accessible in both the living area and rear storage area.

Motor sport Ambulance

We have just converted this new 4 x 4 Sprinter van into a motor sport ambulance 

First job was to line & insulate the van

Windows were fitted to both sides

and bespoke storage units were made to fulfil the customers needs

with a special pull out unit for emergency cutting gear

and a leisure battery was fitted under the front seat

the lighting is controlled from a unit in the cab
