The yellow van is nearly finished....

I will be posting the finished photos next week but the following pictures show different stages of the transformation - 

the interior was stripped out

This was then insulated on top of a sound deadening heat barrier and carpeted, as you can see speakers and power outlets have been fitted.

This is the reverse of the ceiling panel - you can see all the separate wires for the individual bulbs

and the finishing touches are going on

The van is having an entertainment system fitted today and then the last improvements will be completed.

Our biggest project so far.....

This is a special build ELWB Mercedes Sprinter that we are about to start converting for a disabled customer.

 

as you can see it is a cavernous space...

 

 

.. it will eventually hold amongst other things - a double bed,

a toilet and shower,

a worktop with sink and hob,a fridge and a microwave.

 It will all be wheelchair accessible due to the fitment of a Cassette Wheelchair lift.

Update on transformation of T5

This is the latest picture of our customers T5

 

It used to look like this....

 

 

Quite a transformation I am sure you agree...

 

 

It has been painted Ferrari Galeao Yellow

and the wheels have been refurbished then painted metallic light grey.

 

Now we can start work on the interior....

the seats have been recovered and the bases refinished with sprayline..

Our next project.

This is our next project.......

 

 

As you can see from these photos it is a tired ex. works van but the customer is going to change it into a high spec. luxury vehicle.   It will be having a custom paint finish,  new side-skirts, spoilers and grilles, Sliding windows, New indicator lights, headlights and rear taillights. Carbon mirror covers, dash trim and badges.

All the seating is being covered in luxury 'Bentley' leather.  The wheels are also being refinished.  Dynamat sound deadening with an aluminium heat barrier will be fitted to all rear internal panels inc. roof, floor and doors and all the panels are fitted with plastic eco insulation.

Internal steelwork will be covered in Anthrecite velour carpeting, side panels will also be covered in Anthrecite velour carpeting with OEM fasteners for access.  The headling will be in a Faux Alcantara giving a luxury suede look and finally there will be 12 volt Starlight LED's on the roof panel and a Bluetooth Sat Nav/CD/DVD head unit.

 

At the moment the van is in the paint shop and the seats are being recovered - photos to follow very soon.
