'Roger' - Lyn and Davids Camper with wheelchair access

The inside is totally transformed, there is one sleeping platform to the rear with a window above,

there is also a pull out bed/seat to the front of the van.

We have fitted a microwave and under the glass screen a hob and sink.

The electrically operated foldaway lift allows for wheelchair access...

and the rotating passenger seat allows Lyn to access it straight from her wheelchair.

There are cupboards and hidey-holes wherever we could find room. 

The gas bottles are stored in the rear where there is more storage space.

So 'Roger' has gone to his new home giving Lyn freedom she hasn't had for some time.   With additional soft furnishings and finishing touches I am sure it will be their 'home from home' for some wonderful holidays.

This weeks work in progress....

We have 2 camper conversions in at the moment:

The 1st is a Peugeot Boxer - the insulation has been fitted and the first fix wiring is in place.  Work has started on carpeting and building the bespoke interior units.

The second is a VW T5

We have fitted an SCA lifting roof and the van is now ready for the interior fit.

Power management system - 13 amp sockets/240 volt USB sockets

Moveable table, with storage bracket when not in use, the seat pulls out to become the bed

with the seat as far back as it goes there is access to a wardrobe

storage under the seat at the rear

and a safe securely fitted under seat.

bespoke units in a glossy woodgrain panel are made and fitted
